Prices

Minimum rental:  Minimum cottage rental period is 2 nights (Winter season might have exceptions). However, a day before an arrival day you can ask a cottage in Vikajärvi also for 1 night as well.

Linens with towels and final cleaning are not included in the rent. Linens with towels are 5€/person. Final cleaning is 50€, if you do not want to clean up a cottage on an departure day.

Weekend: We have higher rates during weekend (2 nights, Fri and Sat).

Payment and cancellation policy (booking straight from us): Prepayment is 50% of total amount: Preferred payment method is bank transfer. Also Pay Pal transfer is accepted (Credit cards). The remaining amount will be paid  in 7-14 days before arrival (same bank account, PayPal). After that directions to a cottage and a code for a keybox will be sent. In case of cancellation: the prepayment will be charged.

Booking via Booking.com (booking button): The total amount will be charged on the day of booking.

Pets: Please inform us, if you want to take a pet with you. Pets are not allowed in some of the cottages. Pets are welcome to Kotiranta cottage. An extra charge for pets is 20€.
